At University of Glasgow, we have a wide array of interdisciplinary groups working across disciplines in social robotics. From facial expression, to non-verbal behavior, to human-robot bonding, our groups work together combining techniques from behavioral psychology, neuroimaging, and computational modeling to explore the complex relationships between humans and robots.
Despite being spread across departments, our groups foster collaboration through joint lab meetings, reading groups, and seminar speakers. We consistently run cross-department projects, sharing resources and expertise to explore questions that would be inaccessible using traditional disciplinary boundaries.
